So ladies we are at the start of this round thanks to Rach so thought I would put a challenge out there if anyone is interested....
50 PUSH UPS!!!
Do them all at once or split them up throughout the day. Maybe do 5 sets of 10 or 10 sets of 5.
Do them against the wall, on your knees or solid proper form pushups.

I'm in. I'm at work right now, but will do them at the gym tonight. Will aim for 25 'man' ones and see how I go for the rest!0

May I be difficult and do mine today instead? LOL, I was thinking about splitting my strength training this week and doing upper body today. I guess no one would know the difference unless they look at my log. I'll try full on toes (though I doubt that I can do 50) and do the rest as on knee or walls pushups.0

yah!! i'm in..been looking for some motivation to do some strenghth trainging and push ups are a start to that :laugh: need to start somewhere..any other tips would be great i don't go to a gym so been trying to think of things i can do at home

Thanks for the challenge! I have a long day of sitting at the desk tomorrow, doing a lot of little sets will break up my day and get me moving every hour.0
