Getting discouraged

I've got 4 days until I finish my first month of Insanity.
Although my numbers greatly increased from Day 1 to Day 15,
I have not seen much (hardly any) change.
I've lost 2 pounds in nearly 4 weeks of busting my butt every day.
I have a heart rate monitor that shows on average I work out at roughly 172 bpm.
I am working my hardest, and sticking to the calories,
yet I have seen very little results.
Any advice or anyone else who experienced this?
Is month two going to drastically change everything or something?

I didn't see much results at all during Month 1. Although I saw an ability improvement through the fit test I did not see any physical appearance results until into Month 2 when you really work your butt off. I have heard this is how it worked for a few other people as well. Hope this helps.0

Noticeable results for me were in month two. You're already showing yourself you can stick to the schedule.. keep with it!0

Just curious as to how your month 2 went? I'm on my 2nd week of month 2 and like you, I didn't see any noticeable difference after month 1. I'm hoping they come soon! Regardless, I love this workout!!0

I did not lose much weight when I did the insanity the 1st time but I did lose 1 pants size and have more upper body muscle mass.
I did not follow the Insanity nutrition. I think I did not eat enough so this time I eat 1800 cal as insanity suggested.0
