It has been one month since I ate my last piece of meat. My dairy products are limited to MAY contain milk and the few odd things I had no idea had milk products in it, which also means almost all chocolate products. My egg intake, which started with egg whites almost daily has dropped considerably as I finally convinced myself that I do not need them, as they are still animal protein even if they do not contain cholesterol.
Unfortunately these changes have meant that I have replaced my 'chocolate habit' with a 'chip habit'. I also eat a lot more bread than I think I should.
At the end of the hundred days I hope to
-only consume whole grain bread products and better pasta choices
-reduce my sugar intake,
-decrease my chip intake to the occasional treat (once every few months),
-completely stop eating egg whites
-increase my water intake
-return to my previous gym schedule of 4-5 days a week
With all these changes I hope to also weigh considerably less than I do now.

Wow, that's pretty amazing. Have toyed with the idea of going meatless, but just not ready yet. With dieting I do so much better with higher protein, but don't really know how to get the higher protein without meat, or at least eggs. I applaud your efforts and hope you do will. Will keep watching for your posts. Good luck0
