My 100 day Challenge...

Options
At the end of 100 days, I would like to:
1.) be under 200 lbs
2.) take the time to meditate every day
3.) only be drinking herbal teas, coffee (not ready to let that go) and water - no juice, pop, etc.
4.) go swimming!

I plan of getting there by...
1.) logging into mfp every day, eating healthier food, and getting outside more often
2.) first thing in the morning, when the kids are still asleep, even if it's only for ten minutes, I will take the time... before my coffee ;)
3.) vigilance
4.) if I complete goal #1, I will complete goal #4.
