my goals for the challenge is to have lost 25lbs by the end date. I plan on accomplishing this by
1. logging on to MFP and keeping track of my exercise and diet
2. Follow my weigh watchers points as well
3. Exercise daily
I believe that if i follow my regimen i will reach my goals
