My Goal is to to increase my exercise and add strength training. I currently teach zumba 3 days a week and want to exercise a total of 6 days a week for an hour each day. I also need to get back to eating a more balanced diet and hope this site will help with that (been keeping calories in check, but not making the best choices).
By May 16th I plan to lose 20lbs and have made strength training/toning a regular part of my routine.
To date I've lost about 30 lbs over the last few months... but have been at a standstill for a few weeks now. Logging my food and exercise daily should get me back on track.

WOW! 30lbs is so great! this challenge should defiately keep you on track! Be sure that when you beef up your exercise that you are eating back most if not all of your calories. You don't want your body trying to survive on 400 or 600 or even negative NET calories. Keep an eye on the NET Calories when you log your food and exercise. But im here to say we are all here together we can do it.0
