My 100 Day Goals

My goals for 100 days from now are to be back into my size 10 jeans (3 sizes away), to have run a 5k in less than 27 minutes, and to feel better than I have in years.
I plan to get there by:
1) Following the Couch to 5k plan and working in fast intervals 3 days per week
2) Doing Zumba, Pilates, or any type of fun workout video for at least 45 minutes to an hour on 5-6 days per week
3) Staying under 1,600 calories per day by bulking up my meals with LOTS of yummy veggies
4) Drinking PLENTY of water, herbal teas, and a well-portioned cup of coffee every day
AND
5) Playing with my dogs and nieces and nephews as much as possible--I'm going to take every opportunity I can to add in some extra fun activities!
Here's to the next 100 days!!
