today i ran 25kms (16 miles)...

... and i lived to tell the tale.

that's 3 miles further than my furthest run.

this marathon training's going to kick my *kitten*.

although i'm rather proud of myself- i earned my current level of exhaustion!

    Congrats! Isn't marathon training amazing? A year ago I didn't think I could run a half marathon... now I'm training for a full! Each long run is so exhilarating! Good luck to you in your training and on the big day. 16 miles is a big deal! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

    You should be proud - 16 miles is a very long way! :happy: I did 9 for the first time at the weekend and I'm just about recovering now...

    Nice job!! :) Enjoy the feeling!

    Really, it's not so bad. Anything after 18 miles might as well be the same... that's how I felt running my marathon, anyway.
