100 day goal

I want to actually stick to this for 100 days and log every day everything I eat and all my exercise and I hope that I can at least come close to losing 15-20 pounds or at least lose inches and get stronger and more toned in the process.

    I think making small choices every day to improve your health add up to accomplishing goals! My birthday is May 9, and my original goal was to lose 20lbs before my birthday :) I hope to be an active part of this group and offer support to help everyone achieve their life changes!!!
