My 100 Day Goal...

In this 100 day challenge I hope to form a habit of eating better and exercising more regularly. I have two beautiful babies and hope I can start to be a better example for them when it comes to eating and healthy choices. I also recently got engaged and hope that this good habit forming will be a positive step in the right direction for our family. I am committed to keeping track of my calorie intake everyday and keeping my commitment of working out 3 days a week. Good luck to everyone here. I hope that with determination and God's help we can all fulfill our 100 day challenge goals!
