My 100 day goal

Well since Dec I have lost 25lbs and now seem to be slowing down. So my 100 day goal is another 20lbs. I plan on hitting the gym more but changing it up a bit. Mon. I'm good by myself strictly Cardio, Tues. I will meet a friend for a Body Sculpting class, Wed. I will meet a friend for a Total Body class, Thur. will be Spin class, Fri. will be a day off, Sat. I will try to either get to the gym for Cardio or do something out doors like hike or bike or snow shoeing and Sun will also be a day off unless I'm out doors.
I think the key will be making the plans with other people. This will help me to not make excuses of why I can't make it. But it will be more like an appointment that I have to keep!!
