Hey 100 Dayers!

What's your favorite go-to "healthy" snack?

What's your workout of choice?



I love those veggie straws. I am a french fries gal and this is as close as I can get to them EVERY DAY!

Walking outside (If it wasn't freezing) currently Jillian Michael's workouts, they are short but KICK my but!

  • My go to snack is carrots and celery sticks and my workout of choice is Slim in 6 videos! So far so good!!!

    Just getting started again, but at the moment I would say my go to snack is fruit!! Right now I m doing workout videos (silly snow!!) but can't wait to pull out the jogging stroller and taking my girls jogging when it warms up .. I am going to make myself enjoy running this spring ... C25K here I come!!

    My Go to snack is an Apple. Only 31 calories and just enough to fill me til my next meal and it doesn't require peeling or a fridge or anything but a good rub.

    Favorite workout is the Cardio Sculpt workout class at my Y. but if i cant make the class i love the 10 minute trainers by Tony Horton, they really kick your butt and it's only 10 minutes. )if i have time to do more i will but i get a great workout in those 10 min)
