need suggestions on how to start loosing again

hi i am new to this site, i really like it. i started trying to loose weight around the end of sept. so far i have made it through thanksgiving and Christmas and new years and still lost weight. i have lost 60 pounds so far, but now all of a sudden it has just
stopped. for 3 weeks now i am still at 60. i have tried all the suggestions of take a free day, and go back on cabbage soup ect. i was wondering if any of you have had this happen and what did you do to jump start it back i still have to much to loose to be
leveling off now.

In my experience when we stop losing weight our body is moving and changing. Kind of like catching up with the weight loss. Try to check your inches to see if you see any change to help keep the motivation up. It can get frustrating when the scale does not move.0

Have you tried skipping carbs at night for a while?0

Have you changed your lifestyle? I realized that my job changed to one that was more sedentary so I had to cut my intake from 1500 to about 1300 and the weight started to come off as a result.0

no i haven't checked inches, but i have felt my clothes are looser, and have had more people telling me they could tell i am loosing weight. thanks that may be what is happening0 -

If you are exercising along with the changing your meal plan, then you need to change it up. For example, incorporate a non-complicated circuit training or some strength training. Alternate you types of cardio work-outs, for example, power walking, zumba, pilates or spinning. Anything that is doable for you. God Bless!!!0
