Bah!
I knew it wasn't going to be pretty. I joined a fitness challenge at my YMCA, which requires a quick body test before and after the challenge, so I had my body fat % done.
I'm glad I saw all the numbers. I KNOW I need to strength train more, but I really don't like doing it much. Seeing the numbers was eye opening.
I'm sitting at around 39% body fat...with 132 lbs of lean mass and 87 lbs of fat on my body. My fitness coach encouraged me to really commit to more strength training.
I'm glad I got my Turbo Sculpt DVD out. It has a lot of strength in it, but it is FUN to do (Just not fun to walk the next day!)

I bet that was interesting to know. My sister had given me a formula to do. I have trouble with any strength training as I have that Myofascial Muscle Pain, so anyting that is too much, which includes clapping in church too long, flares it up and then it knocks me down. I hear doing the strength training also keeps your metabolism higher.
I imagine you are sore the next day. Keep at it and it will soon seem easy.
You are doing great!0
