I am currently very limited in my workouts due to still recovering and rehabbing from a motorcycle accident. BUT, I'm on a mission to get back to the point of P90X shape and beyond! I have lost more than 11 lbs. over the past 5 weeks (not weighing for another week). I have been focusing solely on eating and counting calories using "myfitnesspal." So glad I came across this program. I am now back to the gym and doing what I can while dealing with a foot that just had surgery and then my last surgery is at the end of the month. So, the goal is by the end of the year I want to be able to get through the exercise programs of P90X and be at my optimal weight of 140-150.

    It sounds like to me that you won't have any trouble reaching your goals! You have set realistic goal levels AND you have been there once so you know you can do it again!
