Have I got this right?

I'm feeling kind of dense today and I'm not quite sure I've got this right.
I used the link to the site to estimate my calorie requirements, put in my info for my goal weight and tried to be pretty honest with my activity level and the numbers seem to be pretty much in line. My question is, when I go to change my settings in MFP. Do I put
the estimated calories (BMR) number in Net Calories Consumed and the estimated calories (Activity) number in the calories burned per week? Or, do I use the Total Calories number in the Net Calories Consumed spot and leave the workout/calories burned spot blank?
Sorry, but I guess I'm ready for the weekend and my brain just isn't fully functioning today!

Sorry so late on this, missed the fact of new post.
It's the latter option you mention.
Because, in the goals section, the Exercise calories is merely for visual goal, it's not used in any math, and since you are going to log no exercise calories, well, 1 calories if you log the activity for reference, you can just put 0 calorie goal.
The number of workouts and minutes per workout would still be visual goal if you do log the activity and time. So might use that.
The ExRx Total Calories does indeed go in the Net calories consumed field.0
