Thanks andreaie for creating such a wonderful motivation group and i'm so happy to meet all of the people here. When i'm have a low in life and feel very reluctant to work out, THAT spreadsheet is a great reminder and pulls me back to the gym. I lost 10 lbs in the past 7 weeks. I remember when I first registered with mfp.com, i chose the most intense weight loss goal they provided, 2lbs/week, which should be 14lbs in a total 7 weeks. I'm actually in short of 4 lbs, which might be the reason that I always tried to look for excuses to escape gym and treat myself rich food. I'm happy to see the new challenge coming up, and this time I'll work harder than before and become a big loser :):wink:
