Love the pic of Machu Picchu! I went there twelve years ago and I was not prepared for the altitude sickness that hit as soon as I got off the plane in Cusco. Not that I'm planning on going there again any time soon (maybe one day), but has anyone got any suggestions as to how to prepare for altitude?
