Things are going really well. I am always under my calorie goal!!! I never thought it would be so easy to eat under 1,200 calories a day but it is once you know what you can and can't eat it's really easy. I found the perfect chocolate snack and I am so excited! It's the Skinny Cow Dark Chocolate Clusters and they are 120 calories. Way less than a candy bar and gives you that chocolate that you might be craving. I am eating a lot more raw veggies and cooking low cal dinner for my family. I haven't gotten fast food in weeks and I don't even miss it. I feet so much better after losing 4 pounds and I am so excited to lose an other 12 or more.
