Cardio during Phase 1

I have been doing weights since October 1 but have decided to do the 12 week program. I did do week one last week. The question I have is, that it states no cardio during phase 1. I do cardio everyday 12 min. before workout and 12 min after. I also spin 3-4 times a week. For those that have done the 12 week program do you see a problem with this? I have 15lbs more to lose before my goal weight. I will thank a head of time for those that reply.

    I did minium cardio with phase one. I am training for a half marathon so I couldn't cut it all out. But I only ran like 4 times in the month of Jan. I am not sure what to tell you... other than make sure you eat plenty of protien to make sure your muscles get the fuel they need to build. I think that is the point of no cardio.
