FOR EACH JUNK FOOD LISTED YOU ARE TO 10 SIT-UPS OR 10 PUSH-UPS FOR 7 DAYS AND LIST YOUR NAME AND DATE SHOWING THE GROUP THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR CHALLENGE FOR THE DAY ...........
YOU CAN ALSO SPLIT THEM UP BY DOING 50 SIT-UP AN 50 PUSH-UPS ........

I HAVE GIRL SCOUTS COOKIES AN I GAVE MY KIDS THEIR BOXES AN MY HUBBY HIS AN MINES I STUCK IN THE DEEP FREZZER TIL I REACH MY GOAL AN WILL LAY ON THE BEACH IN JAMAICA AN EAT MY THIN MINTS LIKE THEY ARE GOLD......LOL0 -
I did 50 push-up but not sit ups til I get a yoga mat. I did workout out today though0
