    I was 1 lb heavier than my goal weight. But I will take it.

    I had that I wanted to lose 10 lbs.. going from a 183.9 to a 173.9.... well I managed to get to 174.9. Cant be upset about that!!!

    I wanted to go from 198lbs to 184lbs, a total loss of a stone (14lbs). I weighed 185lbs, also just 1lb heavier than my target weight.

    Could be so much worse.
