Warm up/Warm down

Options
What way do you ladies warm up and down? I'm always stuck for this one so I just do some mild stretching.

Help?!

    For my cardio (c25k & rollerblading) I like to start and end with a brisk walk then at the end some nice stretches.

    I get confused on that too, but like if Im about to walk I strech my legs by reaching for the toes for the thighs then put one heal up then the other for the calfs lung for the hips n butt, and twirl my foot arond for the ankles. Arms reach across; reach up n behind the head grab the elbo's; then clasp the hands together behind my back n up... sorta. The back: I just lay down straight with my hands above
