I'm 38 years old and I signed up on this website in late January. I was once a member of weight watchers but didn't have any success. For one I couldn't stay for the meetings and for two, it was just beginning to get too costly. So I wanted to give this a try. I want too loose between 15-20 lbs (15 would be ideal) and I want to tone up and loose bodyfat from my thighs, mid section, and around my bra band area (love handles)...I would like some people to join me in this journey. I've already went to the grocery store and bought a weeks worth of breakfast, lunch, and snack food, and will post daily my exercise and food intake for the day, as well as share some good recipies. Who wants to join me?

I am 32 years old and began my journey about the middle of January. I am super excited to have already lost 10 pounds!! :happy: Looking forward to losing atleast another 5 pounds...

Not 30 yet but will be in 6 mths ..I'm 5.5 and want to lose 10-15lbs..I'm a big cardio junkie but I've been doing alot of strength training recently to build more muscle..not seeing the scale move but noticing a big difference in my body..trying not to get discourage from the lack of movement from the scale0

hey y'all I am 33 yr old lady trying to loose 20lbs, timeframe not so important now but I am actually 5'4'" and desiring to be 155lbs. Pretty close to everyone else's here. Looking forward to sharing my journey with y'all and hearing yours as well0

update 15 days down and 5 lbs off....15 lbs to go and it is feeling really good these days! :blushing: VICTORY~
