10 minutes on the elliptical = 118 calories burned. It's not much, but it's the first day in weeks that I haven't felt like I got run over by a train. Furthermore, I have a friend coming to visit on April 14th, exactly 8 weeks from today. She's a marathon runner and has never worried about weight a day in her life. Starting today, I have a new goal: lose 8 pounds in 8 weeks.0
