    Really not sure what is going BUT I will not give up. Will say a 5 pound gain really does stink though! :-(

    Hang in there! I know you have been kicking butt with your workouts. Keep up the dedication. It may be water gain, your scale or who knows. I'll bet this week will be an awesome one for you!:heart:

    Keep up the good work. Could be muscle gain and water retention. When I first started working out (before this challenge) it took me a month before I started losing weight. I know it's discouraging but by doing the right thing, the weight will come off!!

    Celebrated valentine's day :heart: one night early to get the steak and lobster special. YUMMY!!! :happy: The great time I had with my hubby was worth the 2.6 weight gain it. :love: I will just have to try harder this coming week.

    2 lb. loss.

    Back on track after poor results last week. I'm happy with a 2 lb. loss. I tried a Zumba workout this past week and really enjoyed it! Go Green!
