Let's see what your game plan is for the week! I know I am a day late so put in yesterday's results!
Monday: 2800m Swim (44 mins), Weights and core (70 mins)
Tuesday: 60 min Bike
Wednesday: 105 min Run, 2900m Swim, Weights and Core
Thursday: 80 min Bike, 52 min Run
Friday: OFF DAY
Saturaday: 210 min Bike, 40 min Run
Sunday: 1500m Swim
I didn't include the interval sets that take place in some of my runs and rides but just gave the time per workout and the total distances for my swims.
What are your plans?!

I'm very late but I'l put it in anyway to get some feedback..
Monday: swim 30mins
Tuesday: 10min row, 40min bike, 15min run, weights on upper and abs
Wednesday: 5min row, 25min on x-trainer, weights on lower and abs
Thursday: day off
Friday: 15min row, 40min bike, 18min run, weights on upper and abs
Saturday: 45min run, abs
Sunday: 45min swim, weights on lower and abs
got friday, sat and sunday left.... any tips on improvements will be appreciated..

My goals have sort of been messed with due to travel and colds and campaigning, but the rest of the week should look like this:
tonight: spin and weights (plus loads of walking)
friday: masters swim
saturday: 35 minute run (i hope!)
sunday: masters swim

Monday: tempo run 30 mins
Tuesday:1 hour turbo pyramids
Wednesday: 3000m swim and 1 hour run intervals
Thursday: 45 minute run and 1 hour coached swim intervals
Friday: 1 hour turbo pyramids
Saturday: 1hr 40 minute run
Sunday: 4hr hilly bike and 20 min transition run.
