Cardio on Core/Stretch days?

Hi all!

I'm going out for dinner on Saturday night and I'd like to get a good burn in on Saturday morning to have some extra cals to eat at night. It's a core/stretch day, and I wondered whether it would be okay to go for a run before or after to get a burn in? Honestly, I want to do the program the best I can so I'm happy to eat a bit less, but if it's okay to do a bit of running it would mean a glass of wine or two later on!

    I switched my saturday and Sunday last week. Also, today I am about to eat some yummy chinese food and the HIIT 20 wasn't enough so instead of stretch 10, I did the sculpt 30 and on Thursday I wil do the stretch (or something) I think that you can "mix it up" as long as you DO NOT DO a HIIT class two days in a row :)

    Also, you got the delux kit right? Are you marking your calander to keep track? I write everything on there :-)
  • Thanks Brooke! I have examined my schedule (I hadn't been writing it down, shame on me!) and I've realised that a) I have Fire 30 on Saturday, silly me, I was looking at the wrong week and b) what you said makes a whole lot of sense! Switching around similar things as long as I'm sure to get the same kind of balance in my week is a good plan.

    Have also just noticed 2 HIITs next week...good luck with yours!!
