When do you take your ACE?

One week I take 2 right away in the AM & the next week I space them out.

    When you take 2 at the same time in the AM, does your energy last?

    Hi there,
    I just joined your group and was told about ACE through a nurse at my Ortho Dr office. I had started taking Rasberry Ketone yesterday
    and i had a Dr appt today and when she took my Blood Pressure, It was through the roof and extremely high and then
    the nurse asked me if i was taking something new and I said yes, Rasberry Ketone and she said to stop taking it. I have never had
    high blood pressure and this freaked me out and scared me to death. Anyway, she told me about ACE and she said her mom and sister take it and sell it.

    Is this product safe and does it cause high blood pressure? I want more info before i attempt to try it. I don't want anymore issues
    with my blood pressure going sky high again. ANy side effects? I will be trashing the Rasberry Ketone!!
