This is me, got my new HRM, tried it out today, absolutely awesome and accurate! MFP tells me I burned more calories, but I'm going with HRM, loving this fantastic tool.

I cannot find my last post, but I think it was last week.
I did not work out yesterday. I just was tired and needed a break. Other than that I've missed one other day this month because I had a 24 hour stomach bug.
Here are workouts for the last 7 days:
2/11 - 35 min circuit training - 315 cals
2/12 - 54 min circuit training and resistance training - 430 cals
2/13 - 51 min high impact interval training - 415 cals
2/14 - 55 min kickboxing - 600 cals
2/15 - 30 min leg workout - 275 cals
2/16 - pooped out
2/17 - 50 min circuit training and resistance training plus 50 minutes weights (upper body) - 930 calories - that makes up for yesterday!
