:happy: This was a good week for me! Not because I looked down at the scale and had lost 2 pounds, but because this week I met my goals I set last week AND lost weight doing those! This week was full of challenges from eating out unexpectedly with a group of friends after church, eating out after having to take my son to the doctor, eating out the 2 times I said I would, and of course, Valentines Day. However, I proved to myself this week you CAN eat out AND lose weight. I also proved to myself that you can still have a treat for a special occasion and still lose if you make good choices for the day. I am very proud of my week and thankful for the loss.
Goals this week:
-Get up at 5:00 and do my 30 day shred at least 3 times
-Get that water in (so hard for me) -at least 6 glasses
-Plan my meals the night before everynight so I don't get lazy with that
