Hows the week going??

I have done pretty awesome if I must say so...
I was under my calories by 563 yesterday,... I wear the FITBIT and it says I burned 3050 cals SOOO with calories eaten, my deficit was around 1300...( I ate just over 1700 cals)
I was so hungry when I went to bed but... A- I was high protein and couldn't think of anything good to eat... and B- I really want my *kitten* to shrink!

tuesday was pretty good too with a deficit of around 900 cals...
Monday was a deficit of around 1300....
I should there for with what people love to throw around in the forums, have lost 1 pound.. but alas, I am still up 3 pounds from my 163 weight in week one of this plan (I am ending week 3 this week...)
I am however, feeling backed up if you know what I mean.... I get enough fiber, drink enough water, but I think my body is adjusting to the food change???!!

I opened up my diary if anyone cares to see what I eat on high and low days... they are not always healthy choices, but 90%+ of the time they are...

I will say I am getting SOOO SICK of putting in dinner... it is typically homemade food, from scratch (like polenta and chili bake) and I get sick of putting in all the ing. then figuring out how many servings it will do and how much I will eat of it... etc...
Anyone else feel this way too???

    I feel that way a lot. I haven't even been logging. I stick around the same stuff so, I am not that concerned about not logging and it makes my life SO much easier. I will go back to it if I need to. I am up over two pounds from last Friday. Gah! Tomorrow is official weigh in. I had three really out of control days this week so I really can't complain. I have my second walk/jog doing 1 minute intervals each. That whipped my bum the other night. I look forward to it but dread it at the same time. :smokin:
