Hey guys
I'm from New Zealand. My son is 13 weeks old and exclusively breastfed. I'm adding about 300 cal.'s a day to compensate. Is that too much or too little for breastfeeding? He's a hungry wee dude so I don't want my milk to start drying up. MFP has put my daily limit at around 1400 cal.'s

Hello! And congrats! I think that might be a little low. After I had my first, I did Weight Watchers, and their point equivalent put me around 500 calories per day. Your burn might fluctuate a little, but you might want to raise your intake by 100-200 calories/day0
