Stefanie I understand the not feeling well thing. I got back to doing my shred this morning. I'm feeling a lot better. Ready to get back to work today too!! I think that I'm going to do the shred this weekend to make up for not being able to do it the last two days. You have been doing so great!!! Enjoy your days off and I will see you back here on Monday!! Get some rest so you feel better.

Okay everyone LOL
I think I just needed a down day. I drank WAY to much coffee since I was feeling tired, yuck and cramped up. That ended up making me even more tired in the long run so I skipped my shred, I will be shredding on Saturday to make up for the lost day. My plans are to take off every Sat & Sun (if I do my full 5 days if not I shred on the weekends)
I did end up eating very good yesterday and was hungry around 10pm when my burst of energy finally kicked in LOL of course right, so I ate some food and went to bed. Woke up this morning and weighed myself since it had been a few days and I was upset that last time the scale didn't move but .5lbs up. Well I dropped into my NORMAL weight range and NORMAL BMI I'm now at 135.5, that is the "High" end of my weight but it is still concidered healthy. This is so awsome!!
I will be shredding today and I'll be listening to my body a lot.
Will be back to log my shred this afternoon!!0 -
Stefanie that is great to hear!!! I though you weren't feeling well last night. Glad to hear its nothing. I understand the way that you are going to do the shred and That is how I want to do it too!! I want to do it the same way because that way we both can stick to it. Have a Wonderful night!!0
