    I WORKOUT 2X DAY ONCE IN THE MORN BEFORE WORK AN AFTER DINNER NO MATER IF IT'S AT THE GYM OR HOME I GIT THIS FAT BODY MOVING.......ZUMBA,KICKBOXING,WII FITT ,WATER FITNESS SIT-UPS IS MY MAIN WORKOUT
    I TRY TO TAKE IS AS MUCH AS 100OZ OF WATER A DAY OR MORE......DAY 1 I EAT ALL FRUITS DAY2 IT'S ALL VEGGIES, DAY3 ALL FRUIT & VEGGIES, DAY4 ALL BANNAS AND SKIM MILK, DAY5 BEEF & TOMATOES, DAY6 BEEF & VEGGIES, DAY7 BROWN RICE AND FRUIT JUICE (UNSWEETENED) AN EVERY OTHER DAY I EAT CABBAGE SOUP TO BURN THE EXTRA FAT. AN I DO THIS FOR A WHOLE MONTH AN I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 23.9 POUNDS

    I cut out eating bread every day and sweets ,watch my calories try to drink water.And being on here has helped me to do it all :)
