Favorite Vegan Protein Powder

What is everyone's favourite protein powder? I have tried a couple- one was too " greeny" and the other one, was well....crappy.
I am contemplating trying some Arbonne ones.

Vanilla Brown Rice Protein is pretty good. I prefer hemp protein0

I like Life's Basics Vanilla or Chocolate. Vega is also good, but more spendy.0

Vega's on sale at amazon right now for super cheap- like $34 for a huge tub- because they are apparently reformulating it. Stock up!0

Vega is good, but I just can't justify spending $75+ on 15 servings of powder.
I do 5lb orders from trueprotein.com - my last order was 75% brown rice/25% gemma pea, cake batter flavor. It is absolutely delicious! I don't drink it straight with water because it's a tad grainy (and "nutty"), but it is just heavenly in oatmeal and blended shakes.0 -
I've been vegan for about 7 weeks - I use soy, tofu, nuts and peanut butter for my protein sources. Should I add protein powder, as well? I sort of don't like/trust pre-packaged anything.0

i really like sunwarrior's warrior blend in chocolate. 84 cals/scoop and 15 g protein. it mixes into shakes really well, isn't too sweet, and i love the consistency when i add it to almond milk. it mixes into oatmeal nicely too, but requires a little extra liquid to dissolve.0

I've only been vegan for just over a year, but I haven't been using any protein powders and I'm still okay You probably don't need them, strictly speaking, but I suspect they'd be helpful in getting enough protein without all the added carbs or calories that are in soy, nuts and legumes. I'm not the expert on protein powder, but I'm pretty sure that if you're meeting your protein requirements without it, you're okay Can anyone else confirm/deny?0

I've been vegan nearly a year and veggie 20 and I've never even considered taking a protein powder. I think they are unnecessary unless you are really struggling to get anywhere near the recommended daily allowance.0 -

Protein powder definitely isn't necessary, but it does add variety and boosts the protein content of meals. I do a lot of strength training, so I like to make sure that I'm getting enough daily protein to repair and rebuild my muscles after tough workouts.
Also, it's a huge convenience thing for me - I love to cook, but sometimes it's just easier to throw a scoop or two of powder into some oatmeal or a blended shake. But if you can reach your protein goals without it, all the more power to you!0 -
My husband uses Vega and loves it. He's tried a couple of the flavors. I've looked at the nutritional content of it and I'm pretty impressed. I don't need a protein powder tho so I haven't tried it personally.0
