Hi guys I only joined a few days ago and currently am 161 pound though I must say I look nothing like some of the people on here around a similar weight as all mines on my stomach and look more like a beached pregnant whale!!

Doin this in 10 pound increments. I'm 15 pounds down since the beginning of the year. Starting a low carb diet this week. Le tme know if I have any twins out there for moral support!!0 -
I already reached my 120-125 pound GW but want to get more fit and maintain. I wear a size 0 or 2 at this weight (I have a long torso I guess) so I don't think I should go less! Currently around 17% body fat. I'm a runner!

I don't actually have a scale at the moment; fiance got rid of it after I became extremely depressed and obsessed over the number. I can tell about where I'm at by what fits and how I feel, though, so if that sounds like anyone else I'd love to be friends!
We're very similar. I started at about 179 and I'm at 173ish right now. My goal is to be about 160, or in the 150s, maybe. Although, right now I'm ignoring the scale and focusing more on how my clothes fit and my measurements. I've lost an inch and a half around my waist in 3 weeks of P90X and the scale has not moved.0 -

I carry the majority of my weight in my belly and thighs. Finally scaled (ha) back on weighing myself every day--it was driving me nuts and I couldn't get over a 2 lb +/-. Now I'm going to weigh in once a week on Friday mornings.

We are pretty close. I started at 281 and am currently 242, but it took me over a year to drop 40 lbs. Goal weigh is between 140-150.0 -

I'm not your twin HOWEVER.. I started a blog on the 17 day diet that I am following. The first cycle of 17 days is somewhat low carb.. I can still have a little fruit and tons of veggies each day.... so maybe we can follow one another and share low carb ideas!

My start weight was 138. My current weight is 128 with a goal weight of 125. I try to get in 6 days a week of working out but sometimes I can only get in 5. I usually lift weights, run, and do yoga. I am also newly married and a mom to a very spirited 3.5 year old boy! Where's my twin?!0
