   Hey all! How is everyone doing? I am hanging in there. I tend to go crazy on free days and actually ended up using my free day Saturday and did a carb day yesterday. I got a little off plan but not insanely so. I am back on track today. I do find that my cravings are non existent on low carb days. I don't find that I am overly tired and sluggish like Chris says we may be? How about ya'll? Anyone feel sluggish on low carb days?
This week is my week 4. I am not slingshotting. I am not at a platuea and I feel like I haven't gotten totally back on track from my free for all the weekend before and the day before and valentine's day. So, Saturday, I was up like .2 from the week before. I am shocked that it wasn't much more than that. Hoping to drop some poundage for REALZ this week.
What does everyone else have on tap for the week?

Just picked up the ebook yesterday, hoping to find more recipes...but it really looks like awesome plan!0

THere are several of us on here that are following it. If you have any questions post them. It really doesn't have a lot of recipes which I felt was a downfall of it. I think he wants folks to join his website and therefore doesn't share a lot in the book. Kind of stinks but I like the program thus far. Good luck. Stick with it.0

I have gone completely bad.. I won't even share what I have eaten... lets just say EASTER candy.. chocolate... UGH!!!
I am so going to jump in with both feet and do a few high protein days in a row... (might need a few more carbs wed. with 2 1hr workouts on tap.... BUT I am goig to do this... I bought some clothes today and the 10's I got, well, 1/2 of them fit OK, and the other 1/2 NOT AT ALL!!! I know clothes are all different, but I want all 10's to fit me... even an 8 would be nice (in jeans!)
SO, I am going to pound it out tomorrow... PLAN PLAN PLAN!!!!0 -
Just get right back to it. I hear you. I had one of those few day spans that seemed uncontrolable last week. I feel your pain. Just get right back to it.0

I did join the web-site for a while, but to be honest, there weren't alot of "recipes" per say. The program is more designed for those on the move - kind of grab and go. I prefer to eat that way, so it works well for me. On my low carb days, I take my protien of choice, my fat of choice, and veggie of choice and that's my meal. For instance, today I had a salad with ground turkey, shredded cheese, and salsa. My snack right now is a protien shake with a bell pepper. Tonight with my family, I'll be having tilapia with brocolli, and I'll probably put my alloted amount of butter on the brocolli. The other night we went out to dinner at IHOP on a low night, so I just ordered from their healthy breakfast menu and had an omelete, and skipped the fruit. On a high carb day, I might go to Subway, and have a 6" ham (or turkey) sub on 9 grain bread, loaded with veggies, and no mayo or sauce. I've discovered I like the actual flavors of foods more these days.
I've just found for me, those programs that have "recipes" tend to make me obsessive, and I end up giving up. I like the freedom of choosing my combo, and creating it how I like it. It helps that I'm not a casserole kind of person I guess. My 7 year old son is incredibly healthy, and very trim, and this is how he naturally eats. I could learn alot from that kid. =o)0
