Lets make our workout/calorie goals and see if we can execute it!!
Mine is to do all 5 Chalean Workouts this week, and 3 runs!!

Workout goals are to complete three gym days. That involves NROLFW and Week 3 of C25K. (might be starting week 4 on Sat, haven't decided yet) Already done one!0

Workout Goals: Exercise 4 times per week
Calorie goals: Cycle calories so that body does not get used to calorie intake0 -
My workout goals this week:
75 push ups
140 squats
200 crunches
Five 30 mins cardio sessions0 -
Drink 10 or more glasses of water this week
Exercise 5 days out of 7
Did 2 days out of 7

3 strength sessions, 3 cardio , and week 4 of 200 squats:
2 strength down
1 cardio down
2 squat sessions down, one more to go. (by the end of the week I will have done at least 570 squats!)0 -

I may not make one of my Chalene workouts, but overall I'm on track!! I did make sure to do all my lifting ones, and figure that the cardio from my runs should make up for the cardio I missed yesterday!0

I'm enjoying it! Very hard but I'm feeling strong. I'm doing a blog on it if you want to check it out(link on my profile)
Doing my last program today after softball. Only umpiring today thankfully!
