Month 1 Success

Hey everyone! I just wanted to post my results from month 1 of Turbo Fire. I have not taken measurements but I lost 8 lbs. I used MFP to track my calories and aimed to stay at 1500 calories per day. I re-did my calculations and will aim to stay at 1400 for the next 4 weeks.
I have never stuck to a program like I have with Turbo Fire. I tried WW and even Ideal Protein and was not successful because I would not stay committed. Since I love the workouts it has encouraged me to track my calories and stay focused on my goal.
ETA: I noticed on the boards people have mentioned eating back their exercise calories. I never did this. I will continue to not do this and see how my weight loss goes this month.

Great job, TurboFire rocks it is the first program I have really stuck with in years and the only one I have really loved doing and look forward to doing. Just be careful not to cut back too much on calories, I am guilty of this too often as I forget to eat and end up going into starvation mode. I am trying to eat between 1500-1700 cal per day to make sure the weight keeps coming off and I don't get too tired.0

I certainly won't. I used the calculation in the TF book, I think it looks at your RMR to determine your calories. Per the book you should calculate every 4 weeks so that's what I am doing.0 -
Great job!!! Keep up the fantastic work!0
