If anyone is interesting in attending a really great spin class & getting to know a fantastic group of people, check out the Secret Cycling Society. It is located off the Palmetto on Okeechobee. It's $4 per class or $20 a week with no contracts or anything of that nature. Pay as you go, so if you don't go you don't pay! There is also a small weight room there that you can use for an hr prior to the class beginning and it doesn't cost anything extra.

    I love it! I can do evenings on Wednesdays and Thursday if anyone wanted to do that. I work nights otherwise so it doesn't work out for me.

    I am starting to ride the night ride on Wednesdays. If you'd like to join me please let me know. I prefer the 5pm class but can swing the 630pm class if that's what you'd all prefer. I'd love to see some of you out there and testing your cardio fitness :)
