GF Passover & Easter

For those of you who celebrate Passover, a friend shared this link:

And for those of you who don't celebrate Passover, it's still a wonderful time of year because there are a lot of gluten-free goodies available that you can freeze and save for later.
I'm from the northeast (States) and we have wonderful Italian bakeries that make delicious cookies that I can no longer eat Sometimes the GF cookies for Passover go on sale, and some of them are so close to the real thing, that my family can't tell the difference! So I'll stock up and freeze them, taking one out at a time, when I have the extra calories.
Passover = more gluten-free foods! (Just make sure to check the label)
