Let's face it. Some of us have fallen off the wagon here. Myself included! I gained a few pounds and am working to get them off yet again. Pretty sure some of you are in the same boat. With that said... I didn't start doing myfitnesspal as a New Years resolution. I am in this to make a change in my life. I am obese. The wii fit reminds me of that everytime I weigh in. I hate that little voice saying, "That's Obese".

With that said... What is making it hard for you to stick to it?
I always put my family before myself. I am learning that I can't keep doing that. I need to take care of me so I can take care of them. Make your self take 15 minutes a day for you. Do sit ups while watching TV. Schedule a walk around the neighborhood with a friend. A couple of friends and I have scheduled walking dates to walk around Target cause it has been to cold here. One lady even asked us what we were doing. Who cares... You are making time for you. Pretty soon that 15 min. of me time can expand to 20. It will become a habit the more you do it. Your family will get that you need that time for you. If you are in college. Get up 15 min. early to take a walk after breakfast. You will most likely feel better the whole day and have more energy to study later.
