Hello! Im new to this group and so far have REALLY enjoyed it! I am looking foward to making some new friends...Im definatly the kind of person who doesnt have the greatest sef-discpline to work on things like this alone! Right now I am tryin to learn the site...I did have one question...when you start off with the calories for the day and then exercise it adds more calories to what you can eat. However, does that mean that I CAN eat that many more calories or do i need to stick with the original daily plan in order to lose weight?? Im a stay at home mother of a 2yr old boy and 4 yr old girl...feel free to add as friend!

    search this on the threads in the community there is lots of debates and info. In my opinion mfp gives me plenty of calories to eat normally but if I do over eat i try to exercise b/c it makes me feel better not to go over :) i dont intentionally eat more when i exercise more though.. again opinion only
