whew made it through. Even did all the JJ's today. Had to do wall PU's (sorry but both knees were swelled so much I went into dr yesterday afternoon and she told me no more of ones on my knees until i am much stronger and I am to weak to do the man ones, so she has me doing them against a wall or door and each day I am to move my feet further and further away each day) I can feel it my arms today already between them and using weights for arms during work out.
