Hey guys and girls,
I know everyone on every team has been feeling unmotivated and a little defeated. I want to start this topic to get us up off the couch or out of the bed and do a exercise routine or to put down that stupid little doughnut, so when you DO feel lazy or tired you can read this and get tips or ideas to get you going. Its only Wednesday but our next weigh in will be around the corner sooner than you know.
EXERCISE
For me, I have to DRAG myself outta bed to do a workout. I'm a single parent who goes to school full time and takes care of my bro sis and parents so I know the feeling of tired.
1) When my 7month old finally goes to sleep I do my insanity workout. I put my Pandora on DAFT PUNK radio and I quietly jam while doing my modified workouts. My room is too small to be doing all that stuff.
2) When I don't have school or anything else to do, I take lala for a walk! I put her in her wagon and walk up the hilliest part of the neighborhood. Don't lolygag tho. Really work them thighs.
3) Wear a sweatbelt! It obviously helps you sweat and if you only drink water you'll drop weight faster.
DIET
1) The night before, I already put in what I'm going to eat the next day. It saves me time, it gives me guidance, and it restricts me. Then when I add in my workouts I complete my entry for the day and see if my estimated weight in 5 weeks is where i want it to be i.e. 199. If not I workout some more.
2) Limit your calories for certain meals ESPECIALLY snacks
3) Obvious, drink water water water water water. Most people shed weight by sucking water down most of the time.
I want us all to lose soooo much this week to feel awesome about ourselves.
