how do you change your calorie settings?

hi im new here and to this method.. want to make sure my numbers are correct. my bmr is 1281, 1281 x 1.3= 1665 so is that what i should set my calories to? and whats the other number for? bmr+1000-1665=616

    Under "My Home" you go to "My Goals" and you can change it there. The 616 number is the amount of calories you can burn without eating them back.
