I found a great EBook on the American Pregnancy Association website that talks all about what to do to prep your body for conception/pregnancy, and how to get pregnant faster. It has been a really great read, so far.

Last week, I cut out caffeine and smoking. I started taking a prenatal vitamin today, and will begin introducing more fruits &veggies into my diet this week (I normally eat like a 5 year old!) Next week, I plan to cut down on carbs to get my blood sugar back in whack (Diabetic, poorly managed at this point).
