Fully Loaded Chili

This chili, though not stellar on the sodium or carb counts, has great fiber and protein content. I loved the variety of beans and appreciated the meat ingredient which gave it more of a traditional chili feel. I assembled the ingredients as suggested then put it into the crock pot on low for 4 hours.
