What did you do today to reach your goal?

Today I did 45 mins of aerobics in my front room while listening to Christian Dance music and watching The Biggest Loser Season 2 Episode 8. I dont have tv so I have to watch them on netflix. :-) My goal is to loose 20lbs by May 2012.

    that is great i went to the gym did cardio and then monday i will be doing both strenth training and cardio

    I cant afford a gym right now :-( but I am increasing any type of exercise I can do at home.

    Today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. Increased my speed for 5 minutes, and felt it..:bigsmile:
